Ballysbet's Terms and Conditions — Know before you join

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

Account Security

Promotion Abuse

If the bonus system is abused through multiple accounts, false information, or any other means, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses forfeited.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message from the system.
• No bet is considered valid until it has been confirmed.

Odds Changes

If the odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of submission will apply. Odds move quickly in live betting — always check them before confirming your bet.

Cancelled or Postponed Matches

• If an event is cancelled before it begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled within a specified period after it has started, a decision will be made in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Ballysbet's own policy applies to rescheduled matches.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Ballysbet platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Manipulating accounts to obtain bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Match fixing or using insider information to place bets.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the Ballysbet system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Placing bets using third-party funds.

Ballysbet may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• The user has requested self-exclusion.
• Prolonged account inactivity.

Closing Your Account

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact Ballysbet support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Once self-exclusion is applied, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period has ended.
